This bill is denoted as series 1988-A and was printed for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, PA (letter "C"). The Pictures shown - serial number C 39395173 A - are of the exact item you will receive.

There is something erroneous about the black printing above "AMERICA" on the front; either an obstruction (seems unlikely based on observation/photo) or more likely some sort of inking error during the printing process. This note from the Philadelphia 1988-A series has minimal rounding and wear on all 4 corners. Beyond this imperfection, you have an attractive note with good color (except for the missing ink), strong embossing, a bright green seal, and no holes, tears, rough edges, or missing pieces. Also, the serial number has ALL ODD numbers.

Less than 0.4% of bills have this characteristic.
