The bank that issued it received its national charter in 1917 and when Woodlawn merged with the neighboring towns of Aliquippa and New Sheffield, it changed its name to the Aliquippa National Bank. The signatures are mostly faded but there are no stains or tears and the paper is good quality, probably Fine condition.
